Philosophies

Here are some of the things that we try to keep in mind as Firefox contributors:

• Put the User First
  Good user experience isn't just well designed dialog boxes. It's also responsiveness (fast performance), ease of install (which includes download size)
• Simple is Beautiful
  Simpler designs, either user interface or code, are generally easier to grok for users and developers
• Simple is Practical
  Simpler designs are usually easier to test, too.
• Actions Speak Louder than Words
  We love hearing your ideas, but we love seeing them in action too. Pitch in, if you can and help with engineering, graphic design, bug finding or triage. Your efforts will help millions of people around the world. What could be more satisfying than that?
